Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking an Outreach team member based in Newark, DE to build relationships with clinical partners and referral sources, traveling locally to meet patients, parents, and providers.

In this role, you will drive go-to-market initiatives and work closely with partners to expand access to care. You'll collaborate with marketing, product, client success and legal to deliver GTM goals and deepen existing partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Newark, DE.
• Fluent in English.
• 1–4 years proven sales experience; owning & overachieving KPIs a plus.
• Experience with healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Able to travel locally 4–5 days/week within ~1 hour driving distance.
• Energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills.
• Strong project management skills and detail orientation.
• Experience with MS Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration.
• Create and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4–5 days/week to meet patients, parents and providers; uncover needs and address barriers.
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations and events.
• Synthesize market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies; collaborate with internal teams.
