Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach Specialist in New York to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new markets and to build relationships with referral sources across priority markets.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years proven sales experience with KPIs.
• Experience with healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Ability to travel 4–5 days per week for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement GTM strategy for new markets.
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources.
• Travel 4-5 days a week to meet patients, parents, and providers.
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen penetration with existing partnerships.
• Lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and events.
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies.
