Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach professional to drive go-to-market strategies and build strong relationships with clinical partners in the local community. You will travel 4–5 days a week to meet patients, parents, and providers, uncover needs, and advance partnerships across priority markets.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to energize senior corporate personnel.

Formación

• Based in Durango, CO and fluent in English.
• 1–4 years proven sales experience with KPIs.
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally 4–5 days/week for meetings.
• Ability to energize, advise and persuade senior personnel.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a consultative style.
• Strong project management and detail orientation; fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office or Zoom is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources.
• Travel locally 4–5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers.
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships.
• Lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.
• Synthesize market feedback to inform future marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve GTM goals.
