Job summary

Charlie Health seeks an Outreach team member to build and manage referral partnerships across priority markets, traveling locally 4-5 days a week to meet with patients, parents, and providers. The role supports growth, engages partners, and helps broaden access to behavioral health services from home. Strong sales instincts and healthcare exposure are valued.

Based in St. Petersburg, FL, the position requires fluent English, 1-4 years of sales experience, and the ability to drive collaborations

Qualifications

• Based in St. Petersburg, FL preferred.
• 1–4 years of proven sales experience with KPI ownership.
• Experience with healthcare organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go‑forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
