Job summary

BHHC’s Workers Compensation Division is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead territory growth across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Western Pennsylvania and Kentucky. The role requires travel, strong relationship building with agents, and collaboration with Underwriting and Marketing to increase production and improve customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have a track record in workers compensation insurance, strong strategic planning, and a passion for expanding BHHC’s market presence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes territory plans to grow production across key states.
• Collaborates with Underwriting, Marketing and Loss Control to improve agency performance.
• Maintains relationships with agents to drive profitable business and meet growth targets.
• Conducts in-person agency visits, prospect meetings and quarterly reviews.
