Job summary

WaterFurnace International is seeking a Territory Development Manager for the Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico regions. You will drive dealer and distributor growth, build market demand, and coordinate marketing efforts to expand presence in geothermal and heat pump markets.

You will lead training, recruit new partners, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and strong customer relationships across the four corners region.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in technical or business field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years technical sales experience with proven sales growth track record.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in the underserved but significant market across the Territory.
• Meet or exceed semi-annual sales and contribution margin goals.
• Identify market potential to increase sales and market share.
• Increase consumer awareness and order demand through marketing, advertising, networking, education and lead generation activities.
• Maintain a Dealer and Distributor base by driving performance and recruitment as needed.
• Provide leadership and coaching to dealers and distributors to increase sales and lead generation activities.
• Develop a network of strategic trade allies and market influencers in support of market development activities.
• Create and report sales forecast and territory need utilizing a CRM platform.
• Evaluate dealer and distributor performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support the launch of new products for customers, ensuring growth in revenue and value.
