The position requires leading training, recruiting dealers, coordinating marketing efforts, and representing the company at trade shows and industry events, with close collaboration across internal teams to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven history of strong sales growth.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• 3 years technical sales experience with a track record of growth.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsabilités

• Grow sales in an underserved but significant market.
• Meet or exceed semi-annual sales and contribution margin goals.
• Identify market potential to increase sales and market share.
• Increase consumer awareness and order demand through marketing, advertising, networking, education and lead generation activities.
• Maintain a Dealer and Distributor base by driving performance and recruiting new customers.
• Provide leadership and coaching to dealers and distributors to increase sales and lead generation activities.
• Develop a network of strategic trade allies and market influencers to support market development.
• Create and report sales forecasts and territory needs using a CRM platform.
• Evaluate dealer and distributor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the launch of new products to ensure revenue growth.
