Job summary

Hästens Beds is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our premium retail partnerships across a dedicated U.S. territory.

You will be responsible for the commercial performance of the territory, working closely with our retail partners to grow sales, develop existing accounts, and win new business. You will use Hästens' Four Pillars framework to drive partner performance and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in business development, sales, wholesale, account management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of growing sales.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Willingness to travel within the United States territory.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and commercial performance across your territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
• Develop existing partners and create plans to increase sales, traffic, conversion, and profitability.
• Review performance and agree on clear actions for improvement.
• Coach and support store teams to strengthen sales performance and deliver the Hästens customer experience.
• Work with partners on local marketing activities, events, and initiatives that support commercial growth.
• Drive a consistent new-business program through targeted outreach, pipeline development, and regular meetings with potential partners.
• Ensure Hästens' brand and customer experience standards are maintained across the territory.
