Job summary

Openly is redefining the insurance experience with a remote-friendly, growth-oriented Territory Manager role. You will drive agency partnerships, expand premium growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, and Underwriting across IN/OH territories.

The role requires travel up to 60% and a strong track record in agency-based sales. The ideal candidate will manage strategic growth, enable agencies with tools and training, and partner with agency leaders to craft

Qualifications

3+ years in account management or sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
2+ years of direct experience within P&C carrier or independent agency channels.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or commitment to obtain within 90 days of employment.
Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Elevate agency partnerships through in-person field visits and virtual touchpoints to drive production.
Develop tailored territory engagement plans to increase quoting activity and premium growth.
Identify and evaluate prospective independent agency partners and connect them with the appointment team.
Collaborate with agency principals to design sales and co-marketing strategies aligned with commercial goals.
Monitor book performance, renewal patterns, and loss drivers to preserve profitability and stability.
Maintain accurate records of field engagement and account activity in Salesforce.
