Job summary

Openly is seeking a Territory Manager (Agency Success Manager) to drive distribution and premium growth by strengthening independent agency partnerships. You will lead field visits, plan territory engagements, and coordinate with underwriting, product, and operations to ensure profitable outcomes.

The role requires travel up to 60% within MA/CT, with preferred coverage across metro Boston and CT. A P&C license is expected, or commitment to obtain it within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
• 2+ years in P&C carrier or independent agency channels.
• Active Property & Casualty license, or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic agency growth and territory engagement through in-person visits and virtual touchpoints.
• Increase quoting activity, binding ratios, and premium growth with tailored territory plans.
• Enable agency partners with tools, training, and collateral to maximize production with Openly.
