Job summary

Openly is hiring a Territory Manager to drive our agency distribution strategy within the MA/CT region. You will champion partnerships, accelerate platform adoption, and help independent agencies thrive through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, and Product teams.

The role requires travel up to 60% of the time and a P&C license (or commitment to obtain). We offer a remote-first culture with a flexible work model and opportunities to grow with Openly's insurance

Qualifications

3+ years in account management or sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
2+ years of direct experience within the P&C carrier or independent agency channels.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license, or commitment to obtain within 90 days of employment.
Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic agency growth and territory engagement through in-person visits and virtual touchpoints.
Enable agency partners with tools, training, and collateral to maximize Openly production.
Monitor book performance, renewals, and loss drivers to maintain portfolio profitability and stability.
Analyze pipeline data and market trends to forecast outcomes and inform product strategy.
