Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in territory sales, business development or account management.
• Experience with operators, chain accounts, distributors or trade partners.
• Experience managing sales targets, plans, lead conversion and digital engagement.
• Foodservice B2B sales experience; retail experience is a plus.
• CPG/FMCG industry experience is desirable.
• Willing to relocate to Boston or based there.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand creation with operators and local chain accounts to hit targets.
• Execute business plans, funnels, and multi-touchpoint contact strategy.
• Convert insights into solutions for menu operations and consumer needs.
• Develop JBPs with trade partners and manage terms and promotions.
• Coordinate with Trade & eCommerce teams to boost sell-out and promotions.
• Ensure timely submission and settlement of distributor trade claims.
• Engage in CRM-driven lead conversion and omni-channel outreach.
• Drive digital buying behavior and social media engagement.
