The Hillman Group is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales in a designated region and build strong relationships with existing accounts. You will drive revenue by introducing new products and programs, while maintaining exceptional customer service and brand standards.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• MS Office and sales software knowledge.
• Prior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned territory to achieve sales plan while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Works closely with existing accounts to drive profitable growth and develop market share.
• Develops strong business relationships built on trust and integrity.
• Generates revenue by expanding product and program adoption with current customers.
• Identifies growth opportunities through expansion of existing customers.
• Maintains relationships and updates management on market trends and competitive issues.
