Job summary

The Hillman Group seeks a Territory Manager in California to drive sales within assigned accounts, build strong customer relationships, and expand market share. You will work with existing accounts, set your own hours, and travel daily to meet customers.

Total compensation ranges from $95,000 to $100,000 annually, including base pay, commissions, and bonus potential. A $450 monthly car allowance or company car, comprehensive benefits, paid volunteer days, and unlimited PTO support a balanced

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent work-related experience.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications and applicable sales software.
Prior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a consistent call cycle with existing accounts and generate new revenue.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address needs.
Identify growth opportunities by expanding existing accounts.
Update merchandising displays to Hillman standards.
Generate sales proposals, plan-o-grams, and pricing with approvals.
Inform management of market trends and competitive issues.
Maintain monthly planner and coordinate special projects.
Communicate effectively with customers, sales management and stakeholders.
