Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales across an assigned territory and build strong customer relationships. You will manage a consistent call cycle, identify opportunities, and collaborate with accounts to achieve growth.

The role offers a competitive base with commission potential, a $450/month car allowance or company car, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, 401K, and ESPP. Daily travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office and sales software.
• Prior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory call cycle and grow revenue by introducing new products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and respond promptly to needs.
• Identify growth opportunities by expanding existing accounts.
• Prepare sales proposals, plan-o-grams and pricing.
• Inform management of market trends and competitive issues.
• Maintain monthly planner and coordinate programs with corporate staff.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
