Job summary

Reynolds American, part of The British American Tobacco Group, seeks a Territory Manager in Hermiston, OR. You will drive brand growth by building strong retailer relationships, developing local strategies, and executing in-market programs.

Travel up to 200 miles daily, manage POS placements, and lead initiatives to increase market share. You will analyze territory data, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with the Division Manager on sales planning and product initiatives to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives within territory.
• Develops a local strategy and business plan for meeting territory objectives.
• Develops strategy for product and POS placements to optimize sales and visibility.
• Travel up to 200 miles per day and drive frequently.
• Builds client relationships and collaborates with distributors to increase Reynolds brands.
• Sell/execute the 5Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling.
