Job summary

Reynolds American Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in the Marketing Function. This role focuses on growing brands through strong client relationships, strategic territory planning, and effective product placements.

You will travel, engage adult nicotine consumers, and drive initiatives aligned with company goals. Key responsibilities include achieving sales objectives, developing territory strategies, and collaborating with management to improve market share while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives within territory assignment in support of Division, Region, and Company goals.
• Develops a local strategy and business plan for meeting territory objectives, identifying and targeting outlets within geographic territory.
• Develops strategy for product and POS material placements to optimize sales and visibility.
• Achieve customer/consumer engagement skills certification and demonstrate mastery within Territory.
• Builds client willingness to collaborate with the Company on key business fundamentals to accelerate transformation of the tobacco industry and increase market share.
• Develops and maintains relationships with local chains and distributors to increase sales and promote Reynolds brands.
