Vestis Corporation seeks a Territory Manager to oversee an assigned service territory, manage route sales representatives, and ensure safety and performance across customer accounts in the US. You will drive growth, renewals, collections, and customer satisfaction while leading a strong sales culture.

The role demands frequent travel with service professionals, recruiting, and coaching, along with collaboration with management to meet service goals and budgets.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two years of service and route-based industry experience, with proven track record for growing customer accounts.
• Significant customer interface and service experience.
• DOT certification and valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sustain a safety culture.
• Coach and develop Route Sales Representatives in your territory.
• Report to Service Manager or Sr. Territory Manager; if none, report to General Manager.
• Foster a team-selling culture through TIG and Shared Lead programs.
• Assist in new account installations.
• Manage day-to-day activities of customer service programs for the territory.
• Visit required customers quarterly to review growth and service opportunities.
• Negotiate and secure renewal agreements with customers to protect pricing and profitability.
• Recruit, select and hire Route Sales employees.
• Conduct weekly in-person meetings with RSRs to review trends and opportunities.
• Daily contact with RSRs to address pending items and ensure timely resolution.
