Job summary

Halter is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to drive new business growth and ensure customer success across a designated territory in Colorado. You will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets while acting as Halter’s on‑the‑ground representative.

You will prospect, sell, onboard, and manage accounts from initial outreach through deployment, traveling within the territory as needed to visit customers and attend industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer-success track record.
• Experience managing a large territory in agriculture or tech.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and build a pipeline.
• In-field sales meetings with livestock stakeholders.
• Expand opportunities with existing customers.
• Meet sales targets and manage the pipeline.
• Onboard and hand off to deployment teams.
• Own territory and build relationships with local/state/federal stakeholders.
• Represent Halter at industry events.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to the US sales strategy.
