Job summary

Reynolds American is seeking a Territory Manager in Dover, DE to grow brands by building strong relationships with local retailers and stakeholders. You will develop a local strategy, manage product placements, and drive 5P execution to expand market share.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and willingness to travel up to 200 miles per day with a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives within territory assignment in support of Division, Region, and Company goals.
• Develops a local strategy and business plan for meeting territory objectives, including identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and targeting retail outlets for product sales opportunities.
• Develops strategy for product and POS material placements to optimize sales and market visibility.
• Achieve customer/consumer engagement skills certification and demonstrate mastery within Territory.
• Builds client willingness and capability to collaborate with the Company on key business fundamentals and drivers to accelerate transformation of the tobacco industry and increase market share.
• Develops and maintains business relationships with local chains and distributors to increase sales and promote Reynolds brands through personal correspondence and visits.
