Job summary

Reynolds American Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in Muncie, IN to drive brand growth by building strong relationships with local retailers and key stakeholders. You will develop territory plans and execute sales strategies to meet objectives.

The role requires a proactive self-starter attitude, ability to travel up to 200 miles daily, and strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; MS Office proficiency is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve commercial sales and growth objectives within assigned territory.
• Develop local strategy and business plans to meet territory objectives.
• Design and implement POS material placements to optimize sales and visibility.
• Engage retailers and stakeholders to drive Reynolds brands.
• Manage relationships with local chains and distributors to grow sales.
