Swisher is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in Greenville, NC and nearby markets. You will use data, insights, and structured selling to influence decisions, expand distribution, and deliver measurable top and bottom-line growth.

With 2+ years in customer-facing sales, you will translate data into actionable recommendations, build strong partnerships with distributors, and execute best-in-class in-store merchandising and promotions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in CPG, retail, or distributor environments (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
