Job summary

Swisher International, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Arlington, VA and surrounding markets. You will drive growth by solving with data, building distribution, and advising customers using value-based selling.

Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, launching new products, and expanding shelf presence, while partnering with distributors to execute strategies. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in CPG, retail, or distributor environments (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth Through Solution Selling: analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Expand Distribution & Market Presence: increase points of distribution, assortment, and shelf presence; execute new product launches.
• Leverage Market & Consumer Intelligence: stay ahead of trends and translate insights into customer strategies.
• Build Strong Customer Partnerships: develop relationships with key decision-makers and influence outcomes through data storytelling.
• Execute with Excellence: ensure best-in-class in-store execution and use CRM/analytics to measure impact.
