Job summary

Charlie Health in Bend, Oregon is seeking an Outreach role to help connect communities with our behavioral health programs. You will build relationships with clinical partners, lead go-to-market activities, and travel locally to meet with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and remove barriers to treatment.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and care teams to ensure alignment and growth, while delivering on Charlie Health's mission to expand access to care.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Bend, OR.
• Must be fluent in English.
• 1–4 years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus.
• Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus.
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver's license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners.
• Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a consultative style.
• Strong project management skills, with ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement partnerships.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie's penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person and via conference calls.
• Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
