Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach team member based in Eugene, OR to build relationships with clinical partners and provide resources to individuals seeking mental health support. You will represent Charlie Health, expand access, and drive partnerships that connect thousands to our programs.

This role involves in-field meetings 4-5 days a week, traveling within a 1-hour radius, and collaborating with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to hit growth goals.

Qualifications

• Based in Eugene, OR and able to travel locally 4–5 days/week.
• 1–4 years proven sales experience with KPIs.
• Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
• Travel 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, providers
• Design strategies to support referral partners across channels
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, networking events
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to reach GTM goals
