Job summary

BP&C Shared Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to manage distribution partnerships in Kentucky. In this role, you will expand P&C distribution, develop strong relationships, and create strategic business plans to enhance market share. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience in farm & ranch and/or commercial lines, along with a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of experience with P&C distribution partners in farm & ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience collaborating with product and underwriting departments for growth.
• Ability for work-related travel up to 40% of the time.

• Expand Distribution by identifying new P&C partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners.
• Position the company as the preferred provider for agribusiness products.
• Develop strategic business plans to achieve production goals.
