Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Six to eight years of experience.
• Experience with P&C distribution partners in farm & ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target P&C distribution partnerships within the territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners.
• Conduct partner visits and business reviews to assess progress.
• Establish Farm Family as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines.
• Develop territory sales and marketing plans and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions for partners.
• Be primary contact for all distribution partners in the territory.
• Represent Farm Family at industry forums and associations.
