Farm Family is seeking a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth in a designated territory. The role blends sales, service, and risk management with distribution partners to achieve profitability and growth goals, while providing technical guidance and supporting annuity targets within the territory.

You will partner with Regional Distribution Leaders to shape product, pricing, and marketing plans, and serve as the liaison for distribution partner experience to support territory

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience working with P&C distribution partners in farm & ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Expand distribution: target P&C distribution partnerships and formalize new relationships.
• Relationship management: maintain strong partner relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Establish market position: be the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines in the territory.
• Develop business plans with KPIs and drive territory sales & marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and improve partner engagement.
