Halter is seeking a Territory Manager for the Western Iowa region to drive new business growth and ensure customer success across ranching communities.

You will prospect, manage accounts, hit ambitious sales targets, and collaborate with product, support, and onboarding teams to deliver value. Travel within the territory is frequent and essential. You’ll be the face of Halter on farms and at industry events, shaping the US market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and building a pipeline.
• In-field sales and relationship development with ranchers.
• Expand existing opportunities and hit sales targets.
• Manage customer accounts post-sale and ensure onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product, Support and Onboarding teams.
• Represent Halter at industry events and meetings.
• Own the territory and engage with regional agricultural groups.
• Capture feedback to influence US sales strategy.
