Job summary

Farm Family, based in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth through distribution partners, manage sales expectations, and provide risk management guidance across agribusiness and commercial lines.

You will partner with underwriting and product teams, develop data‑driven business plans, lead marketing strategies, and represent Farm Family at industry events while traveling up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six to eight years of experience with P&C distribution partners in farm & ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution: identify and target P&C distribution partnerships in the territory.
• Relationship management: build strong relationships with distribution partners and conduct reviews.
• Establish market share: position Farm Family as preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines.
• Business planning: create data-driven plans and monitor KPIs to drive profitability and growth.
• Enhance partner experience: collaborate cross-functionally to improve agency partner engagement and solutions.
• Company representation: represent Farm Family at industry forums, conferences and associations.
