Job summary

Farm Family seeks a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth in a designated territory through sales, service, and risk management with distribution partners. You will market and expand P&C lines, while coordinating with annuity targets and leadership to meet objectives.

The role requires coordinating product, pricing, and marketing plans and leading data-driven sales strategies to outperform competitive benchmarks. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six to eight years of experience in P&C distribution or related field.
• Experience working with P&C distribution partners in farm/ranch or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target P&C distribution partnerships within the territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners.
• Conduct partner visits and business reviews to assess performance.
• Establish Farm Family as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines.
• Develop and execute territory sales and marketing plans aligned with underwriting standards.
