Job summary

Farm Family in the United States seeks a Territory Leader for ID & MT to drive profitable P&C growth across an assigned region. You will market, manage, and expand P&C lines through selected distribution partners, while collaborating with underwriting and annuity teams to meet territory targets.

Travel up to 40% is required as you build partnerships, conduct business reviews, and represent Farm Family at industry events. A bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years with distribution partners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years with P&C distribution partners in farm, ranch, or commercial lines.
• Experience with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution by targeting new P&C partnerships.
• Manage relationships with distribution partners and review performance.
• Position Farm Family as the preferred agribusiness and commercial provider in the territory.
• Develop data-driven business plans with KPIs.
• Lead territory sales and marketing strategies aligned with underwriting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and drive profitability.
• Act as primary contact for distribution partners within the territory.
