Farm Family is seeking a Territory Leader to drive profitable property and casualty growth across a designated territory. You will market, manage, and expand P&C lines through select distribution partners while coordinating with annuity targets.

Lead with data-driven plans and align with underwriting standards to achieve profitability. You will travel up to 40% for partner visits, reviews, and relationship management, representing Farm Family at industry events and partnerships to expand market

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six to eight years of experience with P&C distribution partners in farm & ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.

• Expand distribution by identifying and formalizing new P&C partnerships within the territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and conduct business reviews.
• Establish the company as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines in the territory; communicate changes and objectives to agency partners.
• Develop and execute strategic, data-driven business plans to achieve production and profitability goals.
• Lead territory sales and marketing strategies aligned with underwriting standards.
