• Experience partnering with product and underwriting departments.

Responsibilities

• Expand Distribution: identify and target P&C partnerships in the territory with a structured process.
• Relationship Management: build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive growth.
• Market share: position Farm Family as the preferred agribusiness provider with aligned objectives.
• Business Planning: create data-driven plans with KPIs to achieve production and profitability goals.
• Lead territory sales/marketing strategies aligned with underwriting standards.
• Enhance Partner Experience: collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value and solutions.
• Consult with field and internal partners to define needs and develop solutions.
• Represent Farm Family at industry forums and associations.
