Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is growing its Outreach team in York County, PA. You will drive GTM activities, build crucial partnerships with referral sources, and lead meetings with patients and providers to expand access to life-saving behavioral health programs.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years proven sales experience with KPI ownership is a plus.
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English and based in York County, PA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for targeted markets.
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources and partners.
• Lead in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days/week.
• Engage referral partners across multiple channels to improve access to care.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to achieve GTM goals.
