Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring an Outreach professional in Lackawanna County, PA to build relationships with clinical partners and drive access to mental health programs. You will travel locally 4-5 days/week, engage with patients and families, and collaborate with marketing, product, and legal teams to meet growth goals.

The role requires 1–4 years of sales experience, fluency in English, and the ability to energize senior partners. Competitive benefits and an uncapped bonus are included.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years proven sales experience, owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus.
• Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license (~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills with a consultative style.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize and share market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
