Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking a Business Development Territory Manager to drive referral growth across Philadelphia and Camp Hill, PA. You will analyze data to shape outreach, build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and community organizations, and coordinate seamless patient transitions.

Travel up to 70% is expected, with a Monday–Friday schedule and additional hours as needed. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship building, and collaboration with operations

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of analytics and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Business development experience, with the ability to manage and grow a territory.
• Demonstrate the ability to be adaptable and solution oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a compassionate liaison to assist patients, families, and referral sources seeking treatment services.
• Assess and develop strategies to improve patient access and drive census growth.
• Build, maintain, and enhance strategic business partnerships with referral sources, including awareness organizations, hospitals, treatment centers, clinical and medical professionals.
• Actively pursue new referral opportunities to drive regional growth and increase awareness of services offered by Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health.
• Conduct presentations to promote Kolmac’s programs and services to referral sources and community organizations.
• Represent Kolmac at industry-related trade shows, health fairs, marketing meetings, and public awareness events.
