Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Diagnostic Sales Representative to drive adoption and utilization of laboratory diagnostic tests across a Tennessee territory. The role targets Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Primary Care, and IDNs, building partnerships and guiding users through a streamlined provider experience.

The successful candidate will develop territory plans, close new business opportunities, and collaborate across teams to optimize account growth and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ experience in medical diagnostic or related medical device field.
• Experience with GI products and established relationships with target territory HCPs.
• Experience managing high-value accounts through high-touch partnerships and complex reimbursement considerations.

• Develop and execute a territory business plan focused on increasing diagnostic test adoption and utilization.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the territory.
• Build strategic relationships with healthcare providers and decisionmakers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support account conversion, retention and partnership success.
• Analyze data to inform territory planning and growth strategies.
• Deliver impactful presentations to clinical, operational, and executive audiences.
• Maintain understanding of market dynamics and competitive activity.
• Share insights and best practices to support broader organizational initiatives.
