Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales-related experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Industry experience in flooring or related interiors is preferred.
• CRM experience; Dynamics preferred; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Continual identification of profitable sales opportunities.
• Achieve and maintain high responsiveness and follow-up to customer needs.
• Understand product lines and applications to guide purchasers.
• Develop strategic plans to forecast sales revenue in the territory.
• Travel daily throughout assigned area to call on customers and prospects.
• Manage customer base via CRM and update data to reflect orders and pricing.
• Establish and execute daily sales calls and build relationships with dealers and end-users.
• Work with architects, designers, flooring contractors, end users, and contractors to select appropriate products within budget and time frame.
• Maintain expenses within the travel and expense budget; comply with company policies.
