Job summary

Mannington Mills, Inc. is seeking a Commercial District Manager to drive carpet and flooring solutions across architectural and contractor channels in the Orlando area.

You will identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and manage pricing and proposals to close deals. Travel is required within the assigned territory, with a focus on achieving sales forecasts, coordinating with designers and contractors, and leveraging Mannington’s product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales related experience.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and CRM experience (Dynamics preferred).
• Industry experience in flooring or commercial interiors/products preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Commercial flooring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continual identification of profitable sales opportunities.
• Achieve responsiveness and follow-up to customer needs.
• Understand product line and applications essential for each product.
• Formulate a strategic plan to forecast sales revenue in territory.
• Manage company property and tools; meet sales forecast.
• Travel daily throughout assigned area to call on customers and prospect new ones.
• Build relationships with architects, designers, contractors and end users to fit projects with budget and time frames.
• Update CRM with customer, project, product, and pricing details.
• Develop pricing proposals and cover negotiations to close sales.
