Job summary

Dinges Fire Company is seeking a sales professional to plan and execute activities across designated accounts. You will build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers and drive proposals, negotiations, and service excellence within a commission-based compensation model.

Most representatives work as independent contractors, with earnings tied to gross profit from each sale. Both full-time and part-time opportunities exist, focusing on growing territory revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fire service equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas.
• Develop relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers in designated territory.
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Develop and present proposals of company products and services.
• Negotiate with clients.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, electronic means or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity and report to management.
• Participate in sales events and training.
