Job summary

Dinges Fire Company is seeking driven sales professionals to plan and executeSales activities across assigned accounts and regions. You will build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers, present products and services, and manage the sales cycle from strategy to close.

Most of our salespersons operate as 1099 independents with commissions based on gross profit, leveraging knowledge of fire service equipment and strong communication to grow their territory.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to fire and EMT departments preferred.
• Independent contractor with 1099 status; commissions-based pay.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity and calls to customers.
• Develop presentations of products and services for clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop proposals.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity and report to management.
• Participate in sales events and trainings.
