Job summary

Dinges Fire Company seeks driven sales professionals to plan and execute sales activities across assigned accounts. You will build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers, deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and drive customer satisfaction in a commission-based environment.

All salespersons operate as 1099 independent contractors with unlimited earning potential, earning approximately 40% of gross profit per sale.

Qualifications

• Must understand fire service equipment and tools and basic business principles.
• Familiarity with customer service concepts and computer basics.
• Strong planning, adaptability, and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity and make calls to clients.
• Develop and present proposals for products and services.
• Negotiate with clients and respond to inquiries.
• Follow up on sales activity and report to management.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure service quality.
