Job summary

Dinges Fire Company is seeking proactive sales professionals to plan and carry out activities on assigned accounts or areas, developing relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers to ensure satisfactory product and service delivery. All salespersons operate as 1099 independent contractors with commissions, earning approximately 40% of gross profit per sale.

Opportunities exist for full-time or strong second-income part-time work, with ownership of your territory and unlimited earning

Qualifications

Knowledge of fire service equipment and tools.
Knowledge of basic computer applications.
Knowledge of customer service principles.
Knowledge of basic business principles.

Responsibilities

Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
Schedule sales activity.
Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
Develop and present company products and services to current and potential clients.
Negotiate with clients.
Develop sales proposals.
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
Follow up on sales activity.
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
Participate in sales events and training.
