Galls, a leading national distributor of public safety gear, is launching a pilot sales program for motivated professionals who want entrepreneurial freedom with the backing of a national organization.

This is a W-2, 100% commission role focused on developing business with fire departments sized 0–50 personnel, in a flexible FT or PT arrangement.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has direct experience in the fire service.
• Current or former firefighters are highly encouraged.
• Experience using fire equipment and PPE in real-world conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new fire department accounts within your assigned territory.
• Build relationships with Fire Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, Training Officers, Purchasing personnel, and municipal decision-makers.
• Sell a full portfolio of fire equipment and PPE, including turnout gear, fire boots, gloves, protective hoods, helmets, hose, nozzles, and hand tools.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
• Quote opportunities and close new business.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
