Galls, a national distributor of public safety equipment and PPE, is launching a pilot program for motivated sales professionals who want entrepreneurial freedom with the support of a national organization.

This W-2, 100% commission position targets expanding business with small fire departments (0–50 personnel). It offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to prospect and close new business.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new fire department accounts within your assigned territory.
• Build relationships with fire department leaders and decision-makers.
• Sell a full portfolio of PPE and fire equipment, including turnout gear and helmets.
• Build and manage your sales pipeline and conduct product demonstrations.
