Job summary

GALLS is seeking highly motivated sales professionals to launch a territory-based, commission-driven program across the United States. This W-2 role offers uncapped income potential with no commission cap, and flexibility for full- or part-time candidates who thrive on entrepreneurship within a national framework.

You will build a pipeline, conduct demonstrations, and close deals selling PPE and fire equipment to fire departments and municipal buyers, with internal support and CRM tooling.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with drive and competitive spirit.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts.
• Comfortable prospecting and cold outreach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable, adaptable and resilient in a quota-driven role.
• Fire service experience is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new fire department accounts within your territory.
• Build relationships with Fire Chiefs and municipal decision makers.
• Sell a full portfolio of fire equipment and PPE.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
• Quote opportunities and close new business.
• Partner with internal teams for excellent customer experience.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
