Job summary

Galls, LLC is seeking highly motivated sales professionals to develop and grow a territory focused on fire departments and municipal accounts. This W-2, 100% commission role offers uncapped earning potential and the backing of a national organization with strong purchasing power and manufacturer relationships.

You will prospect, demo products, and close opportunities while building long-term relationships with Fire Chiefs and other decision-makers across the public safety sector.

• Strong prospecting and cold outreach abilities.
• Excellent relationship-building with decision-makers.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new fire department accounts within your territory.
• Build relationships with Fire Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, Training Officers, Purchasing personnel, and municipal decision-makers.
• Sell a full portfolio of fire equipment and PPE and manage your sales pipeline.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations and close opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and represent the company at events.
