Galls is launching a pilot program designed for highly motivated sales professionals who want the freedom of an entrepreneurial role backed by a national organization. This is a W-2, 100% commission sales position focused on developing business with small fire departments (approximately 0-50 personnel).

We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates who seek flexibility, independence, and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new fire department accounts within your assigned territory.
• Build relationships with Fire Chiefs, Assist. Chiefs, Training Officers, and decision-makers.
• Sell a full portfolio of fire equipment and PPE (Turnout Gear, Boots, Gloves, Hoods, Helmets, Hose, Nozzles, Hand Tools).
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
• Quote opportunities and close new business.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
