Job summary

Dinges Fire Company is seeking self‑motivated sales professionals to plan and carry out sales activities in assigned accounts or areas. The role emphasizes building relationships with Fire and EMT decision‑makers and delivering excellent service.

All salespersons are 1099 independent contractors; compensation is strictly commissions, with about 40% of gross profit per sale. The position can be full‑time primary income or a strong part‑time supplement, with many reps also being firefighters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies
• Schedule sales activity
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers
• Develop and present descriptions of company products and services to clients

• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
